Bulk Shipping Damage and Bulk Return Policy
While we are not responsible for damage in shipping, damage must be noted on the shippers paperwork, so we can work with them to attempt compensation for customers. We will refund successful claims or provide non-expiring credit.

BBQPelletsOnline has a $75 order cancellation fee for orders placed, but unshipped from supplier. We charge shipping and a 20% Restocking fee on all orders if they have shipped from the supplier.

Most hard to ignite and cold burning wood pellets have absorbed too much moisture to work properly, always keep your BBQ pellets dry and sealed. Store in a dry and moisture free atmosphere.
