BBQPelletsOnline.com was started in 2012 with the goal of selling individual 20# bags of Lumber Jack BBQ Pellets to the masses through the mail.

Well one thing that didn't work out was that shipping was so darned expensive so prices were high. No one was buying the bags

Then we started getting inquiries for customers buying in bulk and the bulk Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping wasn't so bad so the per bag prices were great. So, we worked on automating our processes, developing systems, investing time and energy with every customer to ensure a high-degree of customer satisfaction. This creates repeat customers.

Fast forward more than 4 years and BBQPelletsOnline.com sells more Lumber Jack pellets than anyone else. We have hundreds of retailers, competition BBQ cooks and lots of restaurants/caterers. All of these rely on us to smoothly keep the pellets flowing so they can either resell or cook great food. We keep getting to know our customers better and better and enjoy the chance to talk to as many as possible.

BBQPelletsOnline.com is proud to have some part in the chain where people end up feeding others great BBQ.
